This pretty tutu is a tribute to the music box scene in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, when Truly Scrumtious takes her place on the music box!

It is a stiff white bell tutu skirt, topped with cotton over skirt and little apron. The bodice is fully panelled, with hooks and eyes at the back. Pretty puff sleeves complete the look!
